This morning, the news announced that a plane near Harriman might have gone down into the woods. The search and rescue have yet to find any evidence of where it "crashed". So be on the look out on the next camping trip for small planes, pilots, and those little packets of peanuts.

ridiculous...how many parks can boast TWO plane crashes? Once this is all straighted out a trip to the crash site is in order...
ReplyDeleteBTW, it was later discovered that the plane in question didn't crash-- rather onlookers witnessed a routine training procedure in which a pilot-in-training stalls their own plane to demonstrate how to recover...
